1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

2. Service Authorization

By submitting your device for repair, you authorize ServiceGlobe technicians to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs. You acknowledge that some repairs may void the original manufacturer's warranty. We are an independent service center and are not affiliated with device manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

3. Data Backup and Loss

While we take extreme care with your devices, you agree that ServiceGlobe is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the diagnostic or repair process. It is your sole responsibility to back up all data, software, and files on your device prior to submitting it for service.

4. Estimates and Payment

We provide initial estimates for repair costs. If additional issues are discovered during repair that alter the cost, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair and prior to device return. Devices left unpaid for over 60 days may be recycled or sold to recover repair costs.

5. Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our work. ServiceGlobe provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for specific repairs (typically 90 days, unless stated otherwise). This warranty does not cover new physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Liquid damage repairs carry no warranty due to the nature of corrosion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ServiceGlobe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
